evidence is baseless. 1. he ids following the law. What law was he not following or not enforcing? And he has the legal authority to detain immigrants and parole and release them on bond if they qualify.

@ellierivera5519 Title 42 suspended title 8 laws and authority used to deter and penalize illegal border crossing. The Right was using it to undermine legal asylum under 8 US code 1158. It also suspended 8 US code 1325; the misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty for crossing the border illegally. And 8 US code 1326; stiffer penalties for crossing the border after deportation That left out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing and stopped legal asylum, with few exceptions under title 42. Makes it difficult to enforce immigration laws when Republicans are fighting in court to undermine our legal enforcement. With title 42 suspending enforcement many immigrants re-crossed multiple times causing apprehension numbers to be inflated. The current rate of multiple returns was about 40% of border crossers.

@bg_7_7 The one where he is not unilaterally ignoring our laws passed by congress to fit a Right wing agenda and lie while tossing aside The GOP's moral compass in the treatment of immigrants. By not snatching children away form legal asylum seekers to deter others from coming to the border. By not ignoring constitutional separations of powers. By not acting like a dictator, and having a cult following that d wants him to act like a dictator. Beyond that he's done fairly well considering what he was handed. Did you want o lie to me too and act as if you are informed?
