That immoral policy that the Right still supports was reversed in federal court, where Trump fought to keep it and lost in apeal. This caused more children to be sent unaccompanied. Trumps remain in Mexico pilicy is also in violation of US law. It forces asylum seekers to remain in Mexico at the hands of cartels traffickers and other crimes. Republicans lied to asylum seekers to get them on a plane so they could drop the unanounced in Dem cities so the Right could stick it to the libs. There is no moral compass in the GOP, your nothing but hatefilled and low informed idiots complaining about a crisis you created in your ignorance.

They know they can not do it in congress. So the Right has been undermining that law since Trump took office and continued after he left. and it blew up in their face and now they want to blame Biden who is trying to go back to following laws that were working before Trump took office and border crossings increased. The Right wing base are just pawns who have no clue what the law is or the process, they just agree with what ever they are told. Yes much of it was from polocies Trump put in place that were in violation of immigration law and immoral, but most of the problem is the continuation of title 42 well beyond it's need. I would say the blame lies at the feet of the low informed and ignorant Trumps supporters who continue to allow this to happen with no clue as to what is happening.
