  8. The comment about modern children not being exposed to these bugs and bacteria is very true. I grew up in a very clean home but always played outside and in the mud etc. I attribute this to my immune system - I've never had a cold or flu and didn't catch Covid whilst around infected people. But I definitely think we need more exposure to these bacteria, viruses and pathogens to help forster a strong and healthy immune system.
