Nothing is cooler than a stupendously fast estate!
4200
That Lambo looks ridiculous in that wrap.
2500
Super cheesy but funny. I don't think you should wait for a call from Hollywood though Mat 😂
1600
If you're using the most expensive and fastest Tesla you should also use the most expensive and fastest GT-R - the Nismo.
1200
The Jag sounds amazing!
1100
This is without a doubt the best looking car in its class - inside and out.
864
It's the best looking Vauxhall for a long time! It's actually excellent value.
805
You say the Ceed has soft touch materials in the back, then contradict yourself by saying only the Focus does...
740
I've never understood the obsession with soft touch plastics. You don't touch the plastics on the dash and door tops, as long as they look nice and don't reflect in the windscreen, I couldn't care less if they're hard. It's a Suzuki, whilst the plastics are cheap they're still well built and nothing will fall off.
726
This is the nicest BMW interior for its standard range.
716
That Blower might just have the best exhaust sound ever featured on Carwow.
669
To make it fair you should have swapped drivers and then done the drag race again.
567
That Yaris is a beast. Shame it's ruinously expensive!
491
The 812 is still much quicker, sounds better and has a better engine. However it looks like a dog's dinner compared to the DBS!
387
Toyota and Lexus really need to sort out their shit infotainment. Also, having the ESP button as huge turning knob is a waste.
377
Weight wins the day not power.
342
You either jumped the start or the other drivers were asleep.
316
The Audi is SO boring and derivative. I like the exterior style of the X3 but the interior is SO bland. The XC60 is stunning inside and out. The interior especially is masterful.
283
The A-Class has a stunning dash! The augmented sat nav is amazing.
275
The colour of the Vanquish is stunning.
204
I'd choose this over every rival. Best looking car in its class, packed with kits and decent value.
202
I'd take the A8. The BMW looks bland and old inside and out, the S-Class has a nice interior but it's so bland outside. The A8 has the best interior and the best technology.
202
I'd love one of these in the UK. It would even be impervious to tailgating Range Rovers and the like ðŸ¤
196
10:51 'It'll even lock itself when you walk away' - so does virtually every Renault....
174
I love the styling, but it's a shame they toned down the rear lights from the concept.
166
That "flat badge" is hiding the radar, it's a necessity.
154
Mat the condom and bareback analogy made me smile! Don't expect stuff like that from a car reviewer - you're becoming more unique and more likeable with each review.
153
Let's be honest, the Lexus is the only smart choice as a used buy at this age.
150
This dashboard is so dated compared to the rest of the range. The A-Class looks much more expensive inside.
149
The VW didn't cheat, you can see he braked within a fraction of a second of you.
130
Personally I'd pick the Ceed. Best looking, best equipped, has the best technology and has independent rear suspension on every model. The 7 year warranty doesn't hurt either.
128
There's nothing cooler than a sleeper estate car.
117
Can I make a point Mat, you make fun of cars having electric tailgates; electric tailgates are indispensable for disabled drivers such as myself.
104
I have OCD and that volume knob would be adjusted to whatever sound left the symbol in the correct position!
101
That colour is STUNNING!
99
This looks like a Chinese copy of the Lexus UX with hints of SsangYong at the front and Tiguan in the rear lights.
94
You're telling us the lightest, more powerful car won? Well fuck a duck! Wasn't expecting that conclusion... Still, a great excuse to watch some drag racing!
93
Shows an X5 and calls it an X7, then shows a driving shot of the X7 calling it an X5. That is some sloppy editing Mat.
92
I'd struggle choosing between the XC90 and X5.
91
1:01 "In the Viper we have its owner" because Mat can't launch a manual.
88
That exhaust and engine sounds amazing. I'm going to miss these sounds when everyone's driving around in electric cars.
82
The reverse steering assist would actually be really useful for me. I have a VERY narrow entrance tunnel to the courtyard of my house. There is virtually no gap either side when driving through - to be able to allow the car to reverse out for me would be perfect. Turning around in the courtyard is really difficult. So many people have scraped their bumpers squeezing through - me included.
80
If Mazda can do a stitched dash at this price without it being wonky Jag should be ashamed of its effort in the F-Pace! The CX-5 is beautiful
79
2:23 look at those biceps! You almost look as beefy as your assistant Mat! 😂
76
This was a wasted opportunity. They should have changed the dash for the new twin double screens seen in most of the rest of the range. The new A-Class has a much better interior design
76
3:30 the old system WAS integrated into the dash, the new one has a floating tablet - I fail to see how you think it's integrated.
68
Manually adjusting rear seats!? How poverty spec.
67
As a previous BMW 5-Series and Lexus GS owner, I would take the new LS over 7-Series.
65
I'm really impressed with the DS7. I think I'd take it over its rivals. I love the individuality.
58
Dan Brown My point exactly. I do not understand the obsession with soft touch plastics!
