You say the Ceed has soft touch materials in the back, then contradict yourself by saying only the Focus does...

Personally I'd pick the Ceed. Best looking, best equipped, has the best technology and has independent rear suspension on every model. The 7 year warranty doesn't hurt either.

@Horizon301. the Ceed's technology is better than the Golf's. The only thing the Golf does better tech wise is the virtual instruments. The Ceed gets way more tech as standard than the Golf.

@Alex-wu6ch he's talking about the the door tops. He only motions and touches the door tops. I'm not complaining, just pointing it out as usually the editing is so brilliant.

@Horizon301. I think you'll find Mat praises Kia and Hyundai's infotainment systems very highly. I now own a 2019 Seat Ateca (same system as the Golf) but last year had a 2018 Hyundai Ionic (same system as Kia) and as an owner of both, I can confidently say the Hyundai system was superior in every way.

@Horizon301. you can't claim to know I'm not correct if you've never owned or operated the systems you mention! I had a new MINI Countryman with iDrive, which was great. But the Hyundai's system was still better.

@Horizon301. I have a lot more experience in both than you, someone who hasn't owned either. The iDrive in the MINI is IDENTICAL to the system in BMW's of the same age. The only difference being the graphics.
