  2. I have a chillow. It got used a few times before the core got bunched up and made it impossible to use. Followed the instructions to fix and it still gets bunched up within one night. So disappointed as it's a great product let down by poor execution.

  3. I was addicted to Oxymetazoline sprays for years as I have a deviated septum and allergic rhinitis. I very, very rarely use Oxymetazoline now unless I am very badly congested. I have Nasonex Mometasone Furoate steroid nasal sprays on repeat prescription. You don't mention it in the list of steroids that cause side effects and my doctor tells me I can use it long term without issues. I found this video really helpful. I realised I was spraying it in the wrong place and also sniffing after spraying. It's a difficult 20 year habit to get out of though!
