  2. As Citizens United v. FEC said, using money for campains is exercising free speech, so sueing someone into the floor for having a contrary opinion is also qualified (I'm being sarcastic)

  5.  @quantumblurrr  I think it's the ideal behind it: Cowboys originating from the rural area, far away from the government. Let's just ignore that the federal government deported all the natives, funded railways, etc. etc.
