@TheAmericanCatholic Expats and immigrants are two different things though. Expats are usually send to another country by someone else to do a job for a limited time. Immigrants on the other hand go to another country on their own, usually with the intention of staying there. It's not about race but education and currently western countries tend to have higher levels of education but that doesn't exclude the possibility that an non white expat comes from there
