They've become too big to find new good investments that make a significant impact to their existing holdings and Buffet isn't exactly an expert in the newer types of technology that made most returns so he didn't invest in that for the most part

  4. ​ @richardgonzales3341 not just that. Even if you have an investment that somehow magically promises 20 % return without being a scam, it's uncertain if and when you'll get that return but the intrest rate is certainly to be paid.
