  2. Not uncommon in finance that a party looses a lot of money some way but only gets fined a fraction. I don't find it as problematic as the opposite: getting finned a fraction of what one made through some fraudulent activity. Because he at least didn't have any gain from these 10 million

  4. I'm thinking that if someone has a habit of doing stupid things while drunk they usually don't get so far to be able to do something stupid on a bigger scale. My thought on why you don't hear about something like that more often
