@willinton06 Boomers were an exceptional case that never happened before like that and likely won't happen again. The problem that ended up making boomers relatively rich was that most banks didn't like to lend out mortgages because it was to insecure but with the government basically backing it up it became doable while the whole thing only being at the beginning meant that building costs were still pretty low
