  1. Crowd funding sounds like a complicated way to launder money since you have to keep track of all the alleged owners vs just pretending to have customers making payments. Customers are long gone while investors stick. Easier to find a paper trail

  2. ​ @overseasafrican9899  doesn't that also mean they're less likely to get for example bank loans? So indirectly still higher chance of failing. Don't forget that just having a good idea and being good automatically means it'll be successful
