  3. Puglous I'm not a leftist. But the flaw here is simply that they search for an example were it didn't work and thus conclude that it never works. One can also find examples of capitalism were it doesn't work but does that invalidate capitalism as a whole?

  4. Double D Yes one example of socialism that didn't work and one example of capitalism that did work. That doesn't mean that socialism never works and capitalism always works. It basically goes along the line "We've already tried it once and it didn't work" as if there were no possibility of improvement/alteration.

  5. Puglous That's exactly that. If we apply the video's logic to capitalism in the industrial revolution the conclusion would also be "We've tried. It didn't work"
