  1. "Eventually your team goes to the super bowl" That's exactly the flaw. Not everyone can go to the super bowl but you hear this "you just have to work hard" shit all the time. It's simply impossible just like it's impossible that every lottery winner can become rich. The attitude he (and Prager) promotes is just as toxic as the one that he/they oppose.

More can't get into the super bowl even if they are "good enough" "and you become good by trying, learning, and practices" Only if a certain amount of trying, learning and practices would guarantee getting into super bowl. However, it also depends on how many are better than you and you can't influence that. If all teams that will make it into the super bowl would be disqualified/dissolved beforehand the next best teams would get into the super bowl. They aren't any better than before but simply because the other teams don't exist in that scenario, they get into the super bowl. So in the end, it doesn't really matter how good you are.
