  2.  @NJGuy1973  The main reason companies don't hire nowadays are pay and lack of qualification (which can be ridicolously hight). Legal hoops and administration is the least of the concern. Back then lots of economies were ruined post WW2 and the US had little competition, creating high demand for jobs while paying well
