  3. ​ @vaughnhaney7020 I'm gay and when i first realized I often had this shame of being attracted to a guy who might be straight and not like it, even if it was just in my head and not visible in any way. At that point i didn't wish to be ace but i did suppress having such thoughts. Maybe there's some sort of connection here? For me what helped most i think was talking to other gay people online in a non sexual setting (like not on a dating app)
