  6. They didn't actually care about the customers. They used to be the most expensive brand for private customers and needed to justify that price. If people got the most expensive brand on the market and it just broke without refund or something people would be mad. If they actually cared about the customers they would have made the phones easier to repair and components to be easily replaceable but that would reduce profits if people could just fix it and keep using it longer term

  18. The difference is that there's millions of alternatives on YouTube while just a few on TV. Just by that as long as people watch TV enough people will watch it. Some people actually prefer to just been shown stuff instead of deciding what to watch
