  1. I feel like all those self made millionaire stories start with already earning a ton of money being employed by someone but it's displayed as if it came all from being good entrepreneurs themselves. Same with investors I see on here. Not really a strategy anyone could use

  3. Real estate will always be needed - but the places where it's needed changes. So while the industry will always exist but the individual owners fate isn't guaranteed
