  2. Those are things people use. The majority of a billionaires wealth isn't used by them. It's just locked up to get more wealthy. For the average person who owns a home their own is usually their most expensive asset but they live in it and use it. Instead of calling people envious, think about why you are defending people who would take away all those things you've listed if they could do that just to get more wealthy themselves
