  1. then they could strike rails and rail junction points. this was a train station being used for civillian evacuation like most train stations. this attack targeted the mass of civillians, not the train station.

  3. it's actually really common to see rocket wreckage like this after failed deronations. there are lots of images of rockets sticking in the ground unexploded as well as half-destroyed ones like that. a lot of these rockets are quite unreliable.
