  2. no, this is not a relaxed voice. she is speaking as low as she can (which is naturally lower than most women, but she also practiced to sound as manly as possible). speaking or singing as low as possible is actually quite straining. also theability to speak in different registers isn't a women-specific thing, everyone can do it. people change it depending on the situation (like depending on excitement or mood, or intent like being friendly or aggressive), but it's probably hardly ever a conscious decision. elizabeth holmes definitely did it consciously.
