  4. the serbs would not have tried to kill hundreds of dutch, and the dutch would absolutely have gotten reinforcements if they had decided to fight. and they didn't even "strictly not intervene", they directly assisted in the killing by telling everybody under their protection to go with the serbs as if they were going to be OK.

  5. 9:38 what could be done much more effectively than that very badly demonstrated tape trick that nobody is going to want to use just in case they get robbed today is for watchmakers to design unusual and difficult to open buckles, or buckle locks. what could be relatively reasonable is a buckle lock that doesn't require a key or code to open, but does have a delay of 5 minutes or so.

  6. you think they had strict orders to do nothing after being sent there to protect the town as a declared UN safe zone? that's bullshit, there is no such thing. and they DID intervene, they helped the murderers by separating the victims to give them a false sense of security because they were going where the UN told them to go. they watched people jump off a roof with their children to die instead of being handed over, and they still collaborated. that isn't non-intervention. the dutch commanders should have been put on trial for crimes against humanity - but of course that would have been even more embarrassing for the UN. human rights are supposed to be used against the enemies of the UN, not against the UN.

  7. israel doesn't forget, it's even worse than that. they assert that their past suffering makes it so that they will always be the ultimate victims who can do no wrong to others. that whereever they are in conflict with outsiders, the israeli side is purely engaging in self-defense against antisemitism. and beyond that, even that all of israel's methods automatically are proven through their use by israel to be absolutely necessary, never unreasonable or excessive.
