  1. those are not helicopters. they're airplanes with oversized engines and tiltable rotors, and undersized wings. they're VTOL airplanes capable of operating like helicopters, besides being capable of flying way faster and farther by actually BEING propeller-driven airplanes. they're not helicopters the same way VTOL jets are not helicopters.
