  1. look at that place - almost nobody lives there, and the land beside the lakes is too mountainous to farm for most crops, so if anything they probably have grazing livestock. there is almost nothing to causewater polution. but I suppose the sparae settlement means that many homes, those outside of towns, are not connected to a sewage treatment plant at all? how can cyanobacteria not be included in the water quality rating for swimming? they're probably the biggest risk factor!
