  1. how stupid were the leadership of russia's black sea fleet to hold a meeting in the fleet headquarters, apparently in a regular conference room rather than a bunker, after ukraine has been taking out russia's missile defenses in that location and proven capable of hitting multiple other high value targets in the city? best missile strike yet, 9/10. and big thanks to the random bystander who directly recorded the second or third missile hit! :D
