14:02 "ukrainian intelligence arranges a blackout experience for a russian village"? no, jake. attacking civilian infrastructure is also a war crime when ukraine does it, at any scale. and it is not justified by showing the russians what it feels like, because it does not achieve this purpose. it's just a cruel attack against civilians, also when ukraine does it, also when it only does that on a very small scale. and the real result is almost exclusively a propaganda win for russia, no matter how much worse russia does the same thing.
