that doctor speaks exceptionally good english, he has definitely worked abroad. he could live elsewhere more easily than most, but still he's one of the few who stayed, because he knows exactly how much worse things would be without him and with nobody to replace him. also the son at the end of the video looks like he's being well taken care of under the circumstances. if anything, they're feeding him too much, perhaps because that's one of the few ways his mother can do something nice to him. he looks very strong and I think that's a big part of the problem. he also doesn't seem resentful towards his parents and doesn't interrupt to contradict what they're saying.
