  1. and this is much older tech than they have in other jets, especially the F-35. they also have for infantry a aort of night-vision devices that brightly outlines objects and makes it much easier to see people. and even amateur camera drones nowdays can identify human in order to automatically follow them, so militaries definitely have systems that very easily identify humans from camera feeds. anti-tank weapons alao visually identify vehicles, and even anti-tank artillery shells from the 90s like smart-155 automatically identify tanks. anti-aircraft weapons like manpads have had programming to differentiate between freindly and enemy aircraft for like 60 years (though I imagine that's been tricky in ukraine - they probably have to use some kind of radio beacons to differentiate russian from ukrainian aircraft, except for the newer russian aircraft that ukraine doesn't have).
