  1. youtube's rules prescribe labelling of AI-generated content, and for other things in need of labelling, pinned comments are generally not considered sufficient. they have yet to figure out the enforcement, but you should start putting an annotation text in the video whenever there is a robot voice. and alsp if you don't, and you use these special features to imitate old recordings and foreign accents, that does come across as deceptive because it seems like you're trying to fake a real recording.

  2. 4:55 "all the positives of rural life without the negatives" - uhm no, spacing very large housing blocks with strips of trees and playgrounds between them does not make a countryside... at all. the greenery is monotonous and intensively maintained, there is neither plant nor animal agriculture, and there is no vast open space with few people but instead an especially high concentration of people, whom you will hear, see and smell all the time. it's a VERY urban environment.
