  1. they want that to deliver packages, but the recipient needs to meet the thing at the road and take out the package? that's really inconvenient. and the three-wheeled, narrow and short wheel base, and the tall box show me that the designers don't know what they're doing - because that thing is super unstable, and having it fall over would be a big problem (safety issue and also huge service interruption). it should be super low to the ground, with four wheels sticking outwide, and a flag on top for visibility like reclined bicycles use.

  3. it doesn't enter your driveway, you're supposed to meet it at the road to take out the package xD the thing is terribly designed. with the three close-together wheels and the trunk very high on top, they clearly chose a design for being easy to build as a prototype, and massively neglected stability. it's ridiculous that they're showing off that design in ads and news reports. it should obviously be very low to the ground with four wheels sticking out wide around it- but that's much more complicated to build, and the guys who made this are not that good at building.

  6. actually germany also really sticks out in europe for having a huge low wage sector. there are plenty of people willing to work as bicycle couriers.

  7. ​ @Lm-en3fd  when your grandparents get deliveries, a human courier brings the package to their home. this goofy vehicle would expect them to pick it up at the road.

  10.  @DJ1573  you know, I too am not a welder or bicycle mechanic. but if I was doing that project, I would know that I need to hire one to build a proper prototype. these guys just wanted to do the software, slapped together the simplest vehicle they could, and now the're showing off a prototype that doesn't even remotely function the way it needs to in terms of driving characteristics. and they even made a digital model for promotions of that ridiculous prototype!
