  1. it would have been good to mention that all of those western-made planes russia stole are supposed to undergo standardised regular inspections and maintenance and keep a record of it, and by now they have lost pretty much all their potential resale value and their chances to be recognised as airworthy in highly regulated countries, because they have been flying without keeping the proper maintenance record to document their condition.
