  2. de facto because of power politics, de jure because they didn't sign on to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, so they have no obligation to not run collaborative nuclear weapons programs with other apartheid states. technically, of the states being fearmongered over, only iran breaks the non-proliferation treaty if it builds nukes because it is a signatory, whereas north korea once was a signatory but has withdrawn from it. india was in the process of developing nukes when the treaty was conceived, so they never signed on, and in response neither did pakistan, which then took several years and much more money than it had reasonably available to make its own nukes. israel's friend gave up its nukes along with its apartheid. I think they probably never signed on to the treaty either, or only afterwards.

  4.  -AnonLab2  no, iran has 0 nukes. they are thought to have the ability to build nukes within a few months, but they have none in storage. israel has had nukes in storage since I think the late 50s, originally through a collaborative nuclear energy and weapons program with france.
