  4. yes, but the europeans really have nothing to do with that money. it was the property of the afghan central bank, held in america either for safe-keeping... or for just this. I am disgusted by the choice to take half for 9/11 victims, but not at all surprised after how america acted last year. one of the most disgusting moments of 2021 for me was ana kasparian calling all of america's european allies involved in afghanistan "warmongers" specifically for unanimously asking the US to extend the duration of the kabul airlift that was saving almost 20.000 refugees in a day at its peak. of course biden didn't, because he's an americafirster like trump. in fact america cut the operation almost 24 hours shorter than the taliban agreed to, leaving behind something like 10.000 more people just because they felt like it.
