obviously the aurora PD is trash, but if they weren't, it should have been very easy to already fire this guy instead of the administrative leave because he held the gun to the man's head. I'm quite certain that cops are very much not supposed to aim for people's heads when at best it is unclear whether they're armed or dangerous.
