  4. the cop says there are no convictions for dog theft because the cops don't know how much dog theft there is? how does that logic work? you don't need to know how much crime other people are doing to catch and convict one criminal, do you?

  5. I'm used to drug dealers giving interviews to VICE, but these people?! I think they're worse than robbers and muggers, because they cause so much harm for so little profit. they're stealing people's family members for a few hundred bucks.
