  1. the rule of thumb is to take note of any 'C's in the name, and not take anything where that stands for chlorine, as it does with 3-CMC (the first C is chlorine, the last is cathinone). chlorine-substituted cathinones, amphetamines and such are supposed to be much more severely neurotoxic.
