T^T is what they're doing legal though? here in germany, it's generally illegal to take trash and people get for real arrested any prosecuted for it. it's sick! if it's a commercial dumpster like a supermarket's, at least if it's on company grounds, it's considered stealing from the company. trash in public places, at least from private citizens, is considered government property as if the people throwing stuff awqy were donating it to the state. arrests and prosecutions are most common for diving commercial dumpsters, as supermarkets for example want to avoid giving people free food because that means less food will be sold, so they will call the cops on dumpster divers and police patrols are on the lookout, too.
