  1. uhm so why was this not easy enough for the IRS and such to detect? I mean he wasn't merely claiming property valuations that didn't match claims he made elsewhere, where they may have been difficult to compare. instead,he claimed property valuations of which some were entirely out of the plausible range of market value. shouldn't therebe SOME process to identify false valuations?
