  1. the engraving isn't terrible, though I find the rotally floral motif unoriginal. but oh god, is that gun's design ugly! why would you engrave THAT particular gun model as if it was ever going to look good?

  2. a knight would be more likely to actually use an especially fancy fun in combat than to use an especially fancy sword or suit of armor in combat, since guns are much less likely to suffer much from use than swords, shields and armor.
