  2. its collectibility is exceptionally obvious. it was produced in extremely small numbers, but has a very famous brand name because the SMG was very popular, and it also has the peculiar blish lock in common with the SMG, increasing the benefit of the association. it also is a hilariously stupid and unsafe failure of a gun, which gives it value as a curiosity. ans it's in a category of high value collectibility where people don't want to shoot the guns anyways to preserve value, so it's irrelevant that the safety level in shooting this gun would be very dubious.

I feel like it has to be a bad idea to put all the force pushing against the bolt on one point set off to one side of the bolt axis like that. and the sliding surfaces would DEFINITELY wear badly and cause the bolt to not close fully anymore. the amount of friction would also change with the wear. and making a gun rain brass from 30 feet above is hilarious.
