  1. namibia still has quite a lot of whites living there (I think many of them even still speak german), with at least as big a racial wealth disparity as south africa, but I think they probably have significantly more stable glvernment than south africa. btw for a long time until the 90s or so, namibia was occupied and administered by apartheid south africa, so white rule there was also a lot more recent than the end of the german empire.
