LOL what absolute headasses! :'D they're FIREWORKS, they're not IEDs with unstable ignition systems! they can be moved, and they can be moved in batches. and I am pretty sure that blowing up 2.5 tons of explosives in a residential area without evacuations (and without moving police vhicles away🙄) does not vibe with any bomb squad manual!
