  1. You shouldn't be allowed to comment... but here you are... The entire point of having pardon power is to prevent justice system overreach and abuse of power. Given the current state of the courts, who prosecuted the case, who called for the prosecution and the misinformation/propaganda feverdream surrounding him the entire reason the founders gave the president pardon power was upheld here. It was used extremely well in this case. It's a check and balance on the justice department.
