  1. This is the content we need. This goes for business owners, property owners, renters and any personal space that can be considered a castle you have a legal right to defend. ICE "warrants" are simply a name for an order coming from superior officers. They are NOT enforceable. The vast majority of what they're doing requires our consent. Do NOT give it. Make them go through the process. Force them to get a judge to sign off on a constitutional warrant which can then be argued against in court. The attempt here is to take away our rights by changing jurisdiction. Don't allow such to occur. Demand that jurisdictional powers be applied by a Judge. Do not let them circumvent the judiciary or give up your right to privacy, property and trial by jury. If they are arrested on a constitutional warrant the jurisdiction of the United States applies. If they surrender to an ICE order the jurisdiction does not apply at current. Be very careful and remain calm and cordial.

  2. If it's not a first amendment right to record government employees then we do not have a constitution. The entire point of the first amendment is to be able to view, record and speak about government policy to the government.
