  1. Yeah, no doubt. Especially since he told the MCU Peter that he could create a cure for Norman because he'd been "thinking about it a long time." Probably helped by getting his hands of Harry's Goblin Formula to work with after Spider-Man 3.

  3. We already knew all of that and No Way Home proved that, showing that Norman and the Green Goblin were completely separate personalities. When the MCU Peter cured Norman, the Goblin was immediately destroyed, leaving just Norman. Norman also has little to no recollection of what happened during the time that the Goblin is in control of him.
