I work in East Hartford. One of my coworkers told me he's the original poster of the video to the Internet. Not sure but I think he really might be. He showed me part of the video beforeย I had to get back to work but I only saw a bit where he was running down the street towards the crash.

I'm not sure if this is the video he was talking about but one of my coworkers told me that he posted a video that was used by the news regarding the crash. He showed me on his phone but I only saw him running towards the plane from a far distance in the video he showed, I didn't see if he got this close. A friend of mine from work said the plane's wheel nearly hit him in the head.

Sounded like he didn't even know that he got the third one.

I think she meant the character not the movie since that line was from Sudden Impact.

I doubt that he was. They just need to make sure that it was actually justified in order to appease the families of the so called "victims."

This kid never learned. He survived... and fled from the police two more times!!! On one of those court channel things on here is a video of him getting sentenced today for those two crimes.

"You feeling lucky punks???!!! Make my day!!!" "SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND!!!"

Time to call that lawyer and file that complaint

I saw a clip of a woman whose stupidity turned a minor shoplifting charge into a 40 year prison sentence.

I saw this on Court Cam. Pretty sure the reporter guy is the same one who hosts that show too, Dan Abrahms or something like that. The witness barely avoided being killed and once he was out of the way the Marshalls opened fire to prevent him from getting up and trying again.

I guess they never got married

I don't think that he was ever charged but they still have to investigate to make sure that it was justified. They'd probably get a lot of grief from the families of the "victims" if they just let it go without an investigation.

I doubt that he was but they would still need to perform an investigation just to be sure that it was actually justified. Or the families of the "victims" would make all sorts of trouble more than likely.

Its called Felony Murder. It's actually a very interesting murder statute. Basically the premise is that if you commit a crime and someone dies, even if you aren't the shooter, you are held as responsible for that death as if you pulled the trigger yourself. Bunch of people rob a bank and someone dies, everyone who committed the robbery is held responsible, that sort of thing. In this case, she was a part of the crime where her three accomplices died so she is held responsible due to being part of the underlying crime.

They all did apparently.

It went wrong for the robbers.

At least someone who deserved it finally got pardoned.๐๐๐

Or a 5th accomplice.

Or a 5th accomplice that she wants to get away with it.
