I'm not going to debate what the officer did- but Floyd was either having breathing problems due to the copious drugs he'd already consumed or was faking it to get out of the patrol car. Neither compel any sympathy from me.

  30. I have Ménière's disease. It's not quite a silver bullet, but it exempts me from any field sobriety test, as I would most certainly fail if 100% sober. It doesn't give me a right or excuse to drive drunk, but an imperative to respect my privilege to drive sober.
