6:50 This is my sister in law. Complained like a mofo about 2A until I taught her to properly/safely handle and shoot a pistol. Turned out she was pretty good at it, and thoroughly enjoyed it, asking to tag along for the next range session.

The phrase "boint gun at benis" is perhaps the funniest part of that whole thing. The actual action is definitely ridiculous, and should not reflect on other (safe) gun owners. You can only imagine what else someone like that does in their spare time.

Omg, please Lord, this would be the best Golden Age of America in everyone's lifetime!

The US government could use a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Director like you 🤔

I wonder if these people would also be willing to protest car ownership without an ignition interlock system to force every vehicle operator/driver to prove they aren't intoxicated before driving. Because more people die in intoxication related accidents than guns, it would follow that if they want gun reform, they must surely want driving reform too.

Allow me to don the tinfoil hat for a moment. CIA paid Wagner to start a coup, Prigozhin told Putin and they agreed to pretend civil war im exchange for a few billion USD. Now Prigozhin and his men are on vacation in Belarus where they will likely stage for an attack to the south entering Ukraine, being that they aren't part of the Belarussian or Russian governments [plausible deniability]. You can say a little birdy told me.

She didn't slip through a background check. She had zero record, like I assume you have no record. That isn't slipping through the cracks. There are no "tests" for owning a firearm because if the way the second amendment is worded [even though there are states that do implement tests (such as having to prove you need a firearm), but they generally get struck down in the Supreme Court]. The reasons for the second amendment being in the US constitution have practically been forgotten, and it's more verbose and conplicated than my post already is- but I'd suggest researching it [preferably from a source that isn't anti-2A]. I wholly agree that it is insane that schools need bullet-proof systems. Personally, I think they'd be better off with either armed officers on duty or allowing trained staff to carry while teaching/working at the school. The logic behind this is that Gun-Free zones are targeted by these monsters because no one there will be armed but them. If everyone in a liquor store has a gun and someone tries to rob the liquor store- how successful do you think they'd be? Probably not at all. At the end of the day, I don't see 2A going away, and the answer to the violence probably has more to do with parenting [particularly not being raised by a single mother as the US statistically has been doing for 50 years now], and raising a competent and healthy family. Simply demanding guns be gone is not a realistic demand, and will only kick the can down the road until a real solution is proposed, or the next attack.

@bennmagee1038 There is a misconception that the founders only took flintlock and muskets into consideration. There were all sorts of guns, including multi-firing amd fast-firing guns that existed [even some that were proposed to the government but ultimately declined]. The "A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State" has also been heavily debated- particularly as to whether that means only those in a well-regulated militia should be allowed to bear arms [which the supreme court shot down, no pun intended]. The primary interpretation that I'm aware of is that: "a well-regulated militia is necessary to the security of a free State. And because it is necessary, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." The idea behind this being that there was no standing federal Army, and that each state raised militias composed of the people of those states. It was much easier and faster to raise militias when the people had their own arms. In any event, this only scratches rhe surface, and I would again encourage further research on this amendment, assuming you're still interested in its design and intended purpose.

7:24 "... and blew away her memory. Last guy was short, and this one she was bigger, with an intense urge to self-delete. We found part of her face near the window, clinging to the glass, oh my! The paramedics came and took her, while the Police made a report for The AK Guy..."
