  6. ​ @terryrobertson111  The Supreme Court absolutely can. Did you not learn about the three branches of government? The Legislative [Congress] creates law, the Executive [President] enforces law, the Judicial [Supreme Court] interprets the Constituionality of both laws and actions performed by the Executive branch.

  7.  @terryrobertson111  Exactly, and the Supreme Court is the authority charged with deciding whether a law is Constitutional or not. So if they say "x is not Constitutional" it is not Constitutional.

  9. No one feels bad for the rare American that overstays their visa in Canada and gets deported to the US. No one would care if I went to France illegally and got deported. I don't feel bad for people going home.
