  1. ​ @terryrobertson111  The Supreme Court absolutely can. Did you not learn about the three branches of government? The Legislative [Congress] creates law, the Executive [President] enforces law, the Judicial [Supreme Court] interprets the Constituionality of both laws and actions performed by the Executive branch.

  2.  @terryrobertson111  Exactly, and the Supreme Court is the authority charged with deciding whether a law is Constitutional or not. So if they say "x is not Constitutional" it is not Constitutional.
